I want to thank you for your outstanding service, you are a professional skilled team. Besides that your customer interaction, communication and personal care is of the highest standards. Combine the professionalism with the personal touch and it is the special "wow" factor that makes Vet Services stand out. I am mostly bedridden and in ill health, being in a wheel chair. Consequently my carer or friend brings Monty in for treatment. It is difficult to not be there myself but I find the communication, information sharing and care of Monty positive and I am well informed when that is needed. I value that immensely.

Thumbs up to the wonderful Vet Nurses at Vet Services Takapau Road, Waipukurau. For many years I have been a client of Vet Services. During these years I have seen many Vet Nurses leave to get married, have children, and move away, but some have come back. A good Vet Nurse is an asset to any vet practice. The vet Nurses at Vet Services are lovely young ladies who do their very best to look after your loved pets. They always greet you with a lovely smile and words of encouragement and reassurance when your pet has to have surgery. Some of them have become personal friends of mine.
